From our home page, under “job seekers”, select one of the department you wish to visit or select “view all jobs”, you will then be transferred on to a list of positions available, click on “more” on the right of each job offered to view all details and possibly apply to any position. Note, we only offer Hotel and Catering jobs!
All jobs we offer are located either in Ireland or in Northern Ireland.
What kind of jobs will I find?
We offer hotel and catering jobs only
In order to apply for a job, go to the detail job page by clicking on “More” on the right of the position. -If you are registered and logged in all have to do to apply to a job is click on the link "apply to this job" and your CV will be forwarded automatically to the employer offering the position. -If you are not registered, you will have access to an email address, phone or fax number for you to use or else a form that you will need to fill out and submit. Any thing you will have entered on to the form will be sent to the employer offering this position straight away, alternatively you may build your CV and apply to any job at the click of a button.
Yes you can apply to as many jobs as you would like, please consider than employers will only reply to you if you qualify for the position they offer, therefore only apply to jobs that fits your qualification / experience!
Do I need to register to apply to a job?
No, you can apply to any job without being registered, however it is much faster to apply to a job when you are registered and have your CV built. Registering will also offer you many more advantages such as being able to receive jobs by email, post your CV to our CV bank, news letters, news etc.
By registering to our site you will have access to many features such as building your CV online and being able to apply to any job you want at a click of a button, you will have the possibility to receive jobs by email, post your CV to our CV bank, email your CV to several employers at once, news letters, access to Hotel and catering news and more
I am from outside the EU, how do I know who can offer me a work permit?
When posting a new job, employers have the choice to add a note on to the position they are offering if they cannot offer a work permit. Therefore if a job is posted and it is not specified on it that the position is only available to EU passport holders or people in possession of a valid work permit, you may consider than this recruiter is willing to offer a work permit and apply to this position if you are qualified for it.

Do European passport holders need a Work permit?
No, if you hold a passport from any country being part of the European Union, you are free to work in Ireland and Northern Ireland and do not require a work permit

You just need to register your email address and let us know what kind you jobs you want to receive

You can change any of your criteria for the jobs by email at any times by coming back on the site or use the link provided on to each job you receive and login.

There is no contact detail on some of the jobs, how do I apply?
Employers posting jobs have the choice of providing our users with their contact details or not. If they choose to post a job without contact details, a form is provided on each job, simply fill out the fields and click on the “submit” button, all information you entered will be sent to the employer offering the position immediately.
If I build a CV on your site, who can access it?
Only you will be able to access your CV unless you choose to post it to our CV bank. You can then send it to any employer of your choice simply by clicking on a button on the jobs pages.
If I post my CV to your CV bank, who can access it?
If you post your CV to our CV bank, it will be made available to our clients, Hotels, Restaurants, Caterers throughout Ireland which will contact you directly with job offers. You will have the option to remove your CV from the bank at any time. You will also have the option to hide your name and contact details if you which to, all job offers will be transferred directly to you by our database.
If I post my CV to the bank, can I hide my name and contact details?
Yes, when building your CV or at any later stage you have an option to hide both your name and contact details on your CV. All job offers will then be transferred directly by our database to you. Note, we only recommend this option if strictly necessary.
If I post my CV to the bank, can I remove it when ever I want?
Yes, you can login and remove your CV when ever you wish to.
Who will be able to see my CV when posted to the CV bank?
All employers registered with us will have access to your CV which will be display on password protected pages. As soon as your CV as been reviewed it will be emailed to employers. If you work in Ireland and are afraid your employer come across your application you have the option of hiding both your name and your contact details once registered. In such case our database will forward any job offers directly to you
How can I Email my CV to employers?
First you need to build your CV, leaving the option "post to the CV bank" on , we will then review your application, once approved, your CV will be emailed immediately to employers registered with us which match your search criteria. If you are already registered and your CV is built, please login and click on "post my CV"
Can I post a CV without leaving my name or contact detail?
Yes you can post a CV without a name or contact detail, if you work in Ireland and are afraid your employer come across your application you have the option to hide your contact details when posting your CV to our CV bank
How long will my CV be posted to the CV bank?
All CV’s posted remain posted to the CV bank for 90 days, unless you wish to remove it before, you will have the option to remove it at any time, you have the option of reposting it after 30 days if you wish to.
Who can post a CV to the CV bank?
Any one can post a CV, however, keep in mind than we only deal with applications relating to the hotel and catering industry and therefore will not accept CV’s for any other kind of positions. Note, all CV’s must be in English. All CV's will be reviewed before to be posted.
I have lost my password, what should I do?
Simply go to the login page and click on recover password, we will send you a link allowing you to change your password
